| Cancellation
Policy
All cancellations made prior to your arrival in Cozumel will
be awarded a full refund.
Once on the Island
All cancellations must be made by 5:00 PM on the day before
your scheduled dive in order to be refunded for that day.
Please call 869-8233 for all cancellations.
No refunds will be issued the morning of your scheduled dive
should you decide to cancel at the last minute -or- no show
for whatever reason.
All trips are scheduled as two-tank dives, unless otherwise
specified. Should you choose not to dive one tank for any
reason, you will still be charged for a two-tank dive.
Cancellations for night dives must be received by 3 PM the
day of the dive. Please call 869-8233 for all cancellations.
Cruise ship divers, it is your responsibility
to notify us of a change in your ship’s itinerary, whether
it is re-routing or arrival time. Please do so by emailing
us from the ship at chuchodivers@gmail.com.
Dives cancelled by the operator due to weather conditions
and/or port closures by the Harbor Master will allow the client
the option to reschedule the dive, receive credit toward another
trip, or receive a refund for the dive. Please note, a little
rain does not prevent us from diving. If the port is open,
we are too.
If your trip is cancelled or interrupted due to a tropical
storm’s predicted path and/or landfall, you will receive
a full refund on your deposit and cancelled dives.
Chucho Divers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone,
at anytime, with no refund if the diver is deemed to be unsafe,
irresponsible, or abusive / disrespectful to the crew and/or
marine environment.
Exceptions to these cancellation policies will be made at
the discretion of the operator and on a case-by-case basis.
